Komfort Glazed Firescreens offer a comprehensive range of fire resistant glazing systems, from the latest glass to glass silicone jointed technology to the very highest performance timber and steel framed systems. Choosing the right frame system and glass type for fire protection purposes can be difficult, but Komfort Glazed Firescreens can provide a workable solution.
The Forster 3000P series steel profiles for fixed screen, door and window combinations provide up to 120 minutes fire integrity and smoke control. Cold rolled steel profiles are partly welded and partly spigoted for assembly on site. The welds are then flattened prior to painting. Forster Presto can be used in single and multi-storey applications, inside or outside. The fully glazed single swing rebated doors can come with or without mid-rails and have double seals for smoke and fire control. To meet fire and impact requirements, this series is available in a range of fire glasses and infill panels.
